“My journey began with a simple yet profound discovery,” Sabina recalls. “After researching the benefits of truffles for consumption, I stumbled upon research highlighting their incredible benefits for the skin. Frustrated with ineffective products containing harmful ingredients, I set out to create a skincare line that was both effective and safe. With my teenage daughter in mind, I sought a chemist who shared my ethos and could turn my dream into reality.”

"We knew we needed the best chemist and formulator who shared our vision and passion for Truffèlle," said Sabina. Enter Raniya, Cosmetic Chemist and formulator extraordinaire. Raniya immediately embraced the vision of Truffèlle, bringing meticulous attention to detail and innovation to the development of the foundation products. Meet Our Founder
Truffèlle Founder Sabina lives in the beautiful Barossa Valley with her husband and two kids. A naturally curious person, Sabina was deeply concerned about the cosmetic and skincare industry's use of endocrine disruptors, forever chemicals and cheap fillers. “These harmful ingredients not only compromised product quality but also pose significant health risks,” she explained.
Determined to make a positive impact, Sabina envisioned a skincare line that would benefit users' health rather than harm it. She aims to only create products free from harsh chemicals and unnecessary additives, focusing on science-backed, luxurious ingredients.
While researching the nutritional benefits of truffles, Sabina discovered their adaptogenic properties and their benefits for skin protection and anti-aging. “The high levels of antioxidants and vitamins in truffles, recognised in traditional Chinese medicine, inspired me to use them in my own range of skincare products,” she said. Partnering with a skilled chemist formulator, she developed innovative formulas that blend the richness of her farm-grown truffles with scientifically proven active ingredients.
