At Truffelle, we offer complimentary shipping Australia wide on all orders, because skincare luxury should arrive without compromise. International orders recieve free shipping over $500, otherwise it is a flat rate of $12.95.

• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days once shipped in Australia. International orders may take up to 14 busines days.

• Shipping Method: All orders are dispatched via a trusted national courier to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• You may return your product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Proof of purchase is required. We accept tax invoices, printed receipts, EFTPOS receipts, or bank statements.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.

• Please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your return, and a further 4 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
